Qingdao Haier Electron Plastic Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary company of Haier Group, which is one of the largest home appliance manufacturers in the world. We are engaged in research and manufacture of injection molding and metal sheet pressing. Now our company covers a building area of 36,000 square meters, with the fixed asset of 15.2 million, employing more than 1,000 personnel. Our factory has 80 advanced injection molding machines from 50MT to 2,700MT, manipulators and automatic equipment, and spraying lines for PU and UV coating, in addition to 5 precision printing workshops, and 600-square-meter quiet house for precision injection. Equipped with versatile automated presses ranging from 20MT to 400MT and four Japanese digitalized punching (AMADA) and bending machines, we have such advanced technologies as mark-free bending, automatic joining of metal parts and welding-spot-free TOX riveting. We have accumulated much experience in EMS manufacture and services, and we expect to provide OEM and ODM services for spare parts, semi-finished and final assembled products.
